		<description>@Janet: I think it takes a lot of humility to make it in "anybody else's culture". As I see it, you can live it in two ways: look for ways to maintain your own lifestyle without letting in anything new (that's often pretty hard...), or doing what you can to adopt the new lifestyle you see around you, best you can. I choose the latter! :-)</description>

I'm still trying to figure out how I can live in Ethiopia, but people ask me things like "did you have enough food to eat while you were there?" It amazes me.
