I was dead tired after the journey - had not slept all night before traveling! Although the night in Kano was short as well (went to bed after 1 am and had to get out of town in time of the Friday prayer - when much of the traffic is closed off) it was soooo welcomed!

Here you find all sorts of traffic creations…
If I were a professional photographer, I’d enjoy every moment, for there are endless amount of photo ops - anywhere you look.
In some places, you look up at the sky and see the stars. In Kano, you look up and see the electricity lines…
One of the few things that make it to my “Hope I never have to do that!” list is driving in Kano… Luckily for me, I’ve managed to avoid it so far!
I wonder what the man has in his trunk… and where the boy is heading!. Who lives in those apartments, and how long would it take from here to get out of town…?
Growing garbage…
A typical Kano alley
Water for sale
Fruit and vegetable vendors
That’s it from Kano this time!
Hope you enjoyed!

Cool! I haven’t seen it here in Zinder yet (but now that you mentioned it, my brother says he has) but since I make my own yogurt, then I may not be so much on the look-out either…
