You are suffering from what in Japan is known as "natsubate" or "summer exhaustion". Hot and muggy Japanese summer is famously taxing. This cumulated with "reibobyo" or "cooler disease" pack a double punch sure to bring the fittest down.

Lest I'd be banned from commenting on your site, I won't tell you what the Japanese do to fight their summertime spleen. It involves... meat, yes and worst...pork! For its B1 vitamin. And soja sauce-basted, charcoal-grilled eels, too. But Niger being Niger, what do the Nigeriens do to fight their own brand of "natsubate"?

It's nice to find your blog again ... it's been a while since I visited and I'm really enjoying catching up. :) Love the new layout!
