I totally agree that there is something unique about African rain clouds. Somehow, the stark light manages to pass underneath the clouds which just illuminates the entire scenery in a breathtakingly beautiful way!

I remember lots of double rainbows when I lived in northern Tanzania.  We got some in Zimbabwe, too.

African rain clouds over the plains are a spectacular sight.  Love your photos.</description>
