Yikes! That must have been impressive to see. I drove through a dust storm once in North Dakota and we almost had to pull over because the viability was so bad.

Wow, crazy pictures! Is it difficult to breathe, do you have to cover your eyes and mouth (I’m assuming being in a car is better.) I suppose I’d rather face a sandstorm than a tornado!

Phenomenal photos, Esther. I experienced a sandstorm in NV once, but yours in Niger looks more ferocious! Glad the Land Rover is up and running again. Your photos of the Ridgeback in the blue tub (previous post) are precious!
