When are horses need to stretch their legs (without a rider), we take them over to my brother’s garden and let them lose.

After a refreshing drink, Sahara starts to herd her pack in the direction she wants.

Soon, the seniors take off,

Being a sensible mare, she only needs a few moments before she slows down and ambles to the other corner, where she can resume her day in peace and quiet.

Eventually, things calm down to a trot, then a walk, and eventually, the herd starts to look around for edibles instead. It only takes a few minutes for the excess energy to pass, and it’s a joyful scene, worth sharing with them!
