My best friend lost her baby right before birth two years ago….the grief was something hard to explain or imagine unless you have been through it. As soon as I read your post about the family tragedy on Facebook, I knew you and your family would have to deal with those depths of emotions and my heart went out to you. So sorry Ishtar.

Oh, Esther. Again, I am so sorry. My thoughts are very much with your family.
Esther, I am just reading up on your posts…
I am so sorry for your family’s sadness. These are the things in life we don’t understand.
May you and your family find comfort and grace for the journey…

A portrait of love…
We cannot understand why we have to suffer, and your family has had more than its share recently. But life goes on and love remembers and cherishes.
A very moving post.
Oh, Esther, I’m so sorry for your loss. I can’t imagine the pain in your heart, especially your sister-in-law’s heart. Your niece is an ANGEL now, who will always be with you.

My heart goes out to you. This is a beautiful tribute to a little angel. In her very brief time she managed to touch us all.
Oh my, what a beautiful photo and although sad, it is a reminder of that sweet little soul that touched your families lives. My close friend recently experienced a similar situation and they chose to see and hold their baby girl too and I know they are glad they did no matter how hard it must have been.

Life is too hard sometimes.
Your words yesterday were just beautiful.
Heart to heartbreak may be more like it. The light in this is perfect. It chases all the darkness out of the photo.
This raised such gooseflesh when I first saw it -
I then took the laptop to show my mom for I had been telling her about the sad events of recent days -
Thanks so very much for sharing this very personal moment -
Once again, your niece has touched so many hearts -
An angel…too quickly!

It is just so sad but the photo is sensitive and beautiful.
I don’t think my brother has a photo of his little boy but, seeing this, I wish he had.

This is so tender and heartbreaking.
The light makes her look otherworldly, like the most delicate of angels — as, indeed, she is.
Oh how sad yet touching that you shared this with us out here…
