		<description>I used to get these in Tanzania.  They're so sweet.  Usually, they were used for cooking when green.  I prefer the small, tart, bananas known as apple bananas in Hawaii.  In Moçambique, we had some bananas that stayed green.  We knew they were ripe when they would break apart.  When we first encountered them, we waited for them to change colour and they always got over ripe.  Bananas are great.</description>
