She shepherds the deceased around the afterlife. The underworld, a mirror; she instills the assemmbled berived ones with the resolve to muddle through. The fog-shrouded wasteland bears a striking resemblance to Osorezan(恐山= Mount Dread), Northern Japan. I'll make mine, try and heed your soothingly whispered post. Respects.
