NRK & Sølvguttene

After Akershus, my dad’s friend took us to NRK, where he works. The primary reason however was not touristic, but to continue tracing my Norwegian roots.

My first taste of Niger in 1986

When TV2 writes:
Arne & Elisabeth Garvi left Norway and Sweden in 1986. With their three children, they drove through Europe, past Gibraltar and continued through the Sahara-desert until they reached Niger, where they settled.
