But now that is funny. Did you see that? The fire is going out. Just like that. Now that’s strange!
The sky seems to have its own fire department!
All cool now. Time to go back and have some dinner!

I enjoyed hearing her “thoughts.” Have you read Merle’s Door by Ted Kerasote? I reviewed it on my blog awhile back. Plenty of dog psychology presented in a fun way in that book. I think you’d enjoy it.

Every time I visit your blog, I give thanks for digital photography. In my days in Africa, we only had 35 mm film and it was hard to find, expensive, and processing often poor. We missed lots of shots due to lack of film. You have so many treasures now with digital.

These shots are absolutely beautiful! The sky’s soft colors are gorgeous and perfect as a background against the silhouettes of Sheba, especially the first one and the one where she is laying on the ground. Awesomone shots!
